I have had the best experiences here. This entire staff and team has made every step of my first pregnancy incredibly comfortable and they answer every question (even the dumb ones) with care and clarity. Love this place!

The reason for the five star is because from the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out the whole staff was very nice and amzaing and Dr. Mark Puruis MD and his assistant heard me what I needed to say without putting rude face and very good listener and not like other obgyn that I have gone too here in Alabama. So the doctor said to come on may 15 for labs work so today I came like at 8:30am and I waited there for about maybe 10 mins not too sure so has the lady calls me back she didn't even say good morning and she didn't even tell to sit down so I sat myself down and she ask me what's my date of birth with a rude tone so I told her. So I had to hold back of what I was going to say to her. So while she was taking my blood out and putting them in the tube she was throwing the tubes on the tray that she and that just cross the line because no patients should be treated like that at all. So she said your done didn't even tell me how long my labs will be in or nothing and I said thank you and didn't even had a you're welcome or have a nice day. I never experience this ever when I do my labs work for anything. So as I check out I spoke to two people in the front about the lady does the labs work one girl said I will let my supervisor know and I told thar if she was having a good day because she was just so rude and throwing the blood of tubes and thar was very unprofessional. And so I was filling out my paper work to get my records from other obgyn and I gave the paper to the girl thar was sitting in the middle don't know their names so I explaining to her what I told the girl on her right about the labs lady and she told thar I don't think she is mad she just feels very stress because their are new patients and lots of them and I told her I get it but I felt very uncomfortable for her to that to me and that the girl was going to talk with her supervisor. But if you are tired to do your job than look somewhere else and it's your job to treat patients with kinds but living in this world its like people don't want to work anymore. And I don't know if the policy change but from what I know having family and friends who work in medical field you have to cover up your tattoos. Overall the doctor was nice and some staff that I spoke words too but the lady doing labs do better.

I have been very happy with them so far and Kendall’s bedside manner as I’ve been trying to navigate a very difficult journey with my health. She makes me feel heard and gives me hope for a very frustrating situation. Thank you.
